Excuse my tardiness but I was saving up for an incredible dinner! I saw a handful of recipes I was dying to try but unfortunately time slipped by and other fires needed to be put out. Regardless, my Santa sent me a beautiful cookbook about the cuisine local to them. I requested something local and my Santa delivered. I’m over the moon as I just started to run out of novel recipes in the books I currently own. I’m excited to try yet another litany of items - everything from my Santa. Thank you!
