Tuscan Cuisine and Canning Tools

Thank you for this book of Tuscan recipes. I flipped it open on a random page and saw polenta and beans. WOW. I love polenta. I can’t wait to make that dish and many others in this book.

I also received canning tools!! These were ok my wish list. Amazing. Thank you. I grow tomatoes and love to make sauce and now I can can them too.
