Thank you, Gifter, for such an awesome donation! I thought hard about which charity to choose for this exchange, & as a gardener I knew I had to choose something close to home 💚

United Plant Savers’ mission is to protect native medicinal plants, fungi, and their habitats while ensuring renewable populations for use by generations to come.

I am grateful to live where I do, so not only do I have the opportunity to grow my own foods, but also get to appreciate what nature has to offer. I hope to learn more about foraging this year, how to do so safely not just for myself but for the plants themselves!
