My Giftee has done an excellent job finding something right up my alley. They sent me the start of a Robin Hobb series about ships and magic so that ticks off both my love of fantasy, pirates, epic family stories and my newfound interest in seafaring. Better yet, there’s even a map! In my experience, maps mean a good book 99.9% of the time!
