A great start to the new year

My gifter was very thoughtful and sent me not one, but two awesome books that I can’t wait to dig into.

The first book I took out of the package was “Recursion”, by Blake Crouch. I was thrilled to receive it as it had been on my wishlist for a while. I’ve already put it on my nightstand and will start reading it later today.

Then, I got a book I had never heard of: “The Fifth Science”, by Exurb1a. I love being introduced to new series and authors and this seems right up my alley. I’m excited to pick it up, knowing my gifter has enjoyed it.

I also appreciate the book recommendations. I looked up “The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck” and “Less is More” and both sound interesting reads. I’ll add them to my wishlist, so I can get them in the future.
