Two great creative arts projects!

I was really excited for this exchange and I am so happy with what my gifter selected! I love art, both making it and looking at it, but I easily get distracted and need quick and relatively easy projects to work on. I recently found that arts kits for children often suited me in that and mentioned it to my gifter, and they selected two perfect kits for me!

I have been eyeing soap making kits for quite some time, so this soap making kit is absolutely perfect. It's easy enough that I won't destroy my kitchen or poison myself in the process, but should lead to a lot of fun. The cross stitch kit is exactly what I was looking for - I have been starting to learn how to cross stitch but adult guides are still too complex for the complete beginner that I am. This one has easy patterns with good explanations so it will be great to get used to the different techniques.
