My Mental Health & Self-Care Santa went above & beyond to provide me with some of their best self-care tips! I absolutely love everything they sent me and I do believe they will all be useful as I try to better my self-care. From sending me a really squishy toy to journaling materials and from some yummy snacks to a gift card to a nearby roller rink, everything is just wonderful! Speaking of, I haven't roller skated since I was a kid. So, I'm definitely looking forward to checking out this roller skating rink nearby!
