Crocheting might cause me pain but it still is the most zen thing that I have. Even when it frustrates me and I have to start over and over again. My current project of Frankenstein's monster is a good example...his head is giving me fits!

Which makes the books that my Wellness/Self Care santa sent me even more special. Now instead of trying to do things free hand I can follow the pattern in these books and get the perfect end result without beating my head on a wall because it's not working out.
