Fun fact: I studied abroad in Costa Rica during the first few weeks of 2020 (another fun fact: when I came back to the US, that was when I heard of "Coronavirus" for the first time and was like "ok. cool" lol)

From just looking at the picture, it brought back some great memories I had of just eating rice and beans every day during my time in Costa Rica (like I can literally smell and taste it). So, I'm definitely excited to make this recipe!!
