Last night I received a mysterious box from PORTUGAL! How cool! My oldest daughter was so excited to see the package - she’s been very interested in learning about other countries- she went right to the map to find where the country is located! How neat to get a package from an entirely different continent!

To start, our Santa sent us a super sweet letter with a recipe for Saffron Cake which we found very amusing - we will definitely be trying it out! We found the measurements funny - it was a cool lesson for my 9 year old about metric system!

Although I’m not a fan of seafood, my husband and Mom will surely try the seafood cream soup and the codfish! I can’t say I’ve ever seen anything like it!

I’m most thrilled for the spices, as I love to cook and bake- can’t wait to incorporate them into our meals!

Bonus masks- because- we WILL fight this pandemic! Thank you Santa!
