Title. Done.

No, of course not. My Santa, seriously is totally and utterly amazing and managed to select a fantastic array of gifts based on my confused rambling.

Where do I start? Oh yes, a large parcel made it here from the Czech Republic. It briefly got lost in the sorting process, and then was sorted three times to make up for it. Then it ended up at my neighbour's as I was out very briefly - and then the neighbour was out. But I got it today.

Turns out it's stuffed with goodies. There's a whole range of snacks, none of which I know or recognize. So far I ate a pack of what looks like Allsorts, but it tastes a lot different - a lot milder as if milk has been added. Fantastic! And I'm currently nibbling on something that tastes like gingerbread covered in chocolate, with raspberry filling. This is a combination that needs to be available everywhere.

There are two packs of tea! I love tea, and especially interesting fruity tea. I had to search online to find out what they are: one is green tea with raspberry and mint. Wow, the smell is amazing! The other one is white tea with raspberries. Only after searching online what kind of tea this is I remembered Santa also sent a lovely letter explaining everything. Oh d'oh! That is much easier. But yeah! I'm so glad I got matched with someone from kind of east-ish of Germany! That's where fruity tea heaven starts!

And then.. oh wow, Santa went geology shopping! A fantastic Czech geology calendar, postcards with old geological maps (they are fantastic! I've spent an hour already looking at them), a geological map from Santa's home area, a puzzle of the geological map, a fossil colouring book (yay! This is the best thing in the world!), and trilobite building kits (no, they are the best!). What makes this so amazing is that I spent a very short weekend in Prague.. well, the outskirts of Prague (who needs historical buildings, tourist sights, food [well, ok, there was ample food]?) last year, generally avoiding people due to Covid and looking at some totally amazing geology outcrops, and decided that I really need to see a lot more of the Czech Republic. Now I have something to start with. And the trip will totally happen. And don't worry about language: colours and symbols are universal, and many names similar to other languages. Hey, I'm planning a trip as I write this!

So thanks a lot dear Santa! This is totally and utterly amazing! I know shopping geology is difficult when you don't know anything about it, but every single piece is totally perfect! I hope all goes well with your exams!
