I've got an amazing assortment of Spanish snacks and I really like it that my Santa explained them all and included all their favourites! I'm most looking forward to trying the quince jelly with cheese, which is their childhood favourite (hope mozarella will do fine for white cheese), sounds very interesting and tasty. My favourite is definitely the sausage sticks - I love dry sausages (thus I was so happy to get a santa from Spain - thay have lots of great sausage!) and the green ones are really good, it's a pity they were gone in like 5 seconds.
