I was super excited when this package was mailed, and was keeping an eye on the tracking number. Then, when I went to ship my own SS gift, I realized I had mistyped one of the numbers in my own PO Box address! Oh no! I was quite worried it wouldn't make it without getting sent back, so I stalked it, and was there to rescue it when it arrived at the post office this morning. Then it had to stay in my car trunk for hours while I was at work, thinking about it. But we both made it home safely, and I was able to open it as my dinner was cooking.

What can I say. My SS really paid attention to my profile, and put so much thought into their gift. They paid attention to the fact that I will be moving to attend a doctorate program next year, and made sure that I will be able to have my favorite drink everywhere I go, even if I am not sure yet where I will end up. I got a little electric kettle in my favorite color, two boxes of black tea - enough to keep me going to a bit - a badass black (spillproof! It's like they know me!) mug, (seriously? Hot for 5 hours and 12 cold? Impressive) and of course some tasty baked goods. I also got a super thoughtful page and a half note talking about why they picked the things they did, and, of course, an Elf card. So awesome! Thank you SS! (I hope I read your username correctly!)
