The first time I tried Secret Santa I was disappointed upon receiving a pet accessory for a dog I don’t own. As a single guy living in the city away from home, I gave Reddit Santa another chance because I love the holidays despite doing little to celebrate in my home.

This year for Reddit Secret Santa, I received a hug from a family. A picture to put on my refrigerator, christmas decorations, a book on how to make festive drinks, a gift card for mixing materials, and some life advice that provides some New Year’s resolution materials.

I decided to celebrate my unboxing by purchasing a drink from my gift giver’s State. Don’t worry, I’ll start drinking better drinks in 2019! Just kidding, Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!!!
