In my info I said that I was going to write about my family’s “journey”.

About a week ago I got a card in the mail that my gifts are coming. There was a very heartfelt letter inside.

Today I went to school like any other day. This week was finals and I had to take my last test. I went early to study. After the test I tracked my package and it was delivered. Yay. I came home and I saw it wow a pretty big package. I opened it. And Wow! This is my first time as an elf during this holiday and never in a million of years thought the person would wrapped gifts all the way to the brim and also gifts for my parents.

Yes I felt like a little kid where you make a pile for you and your parents. Then I was WAIT should I wait for Christmas. Since some of the gifts were for my parents I asked. They said no let’s open. Kid you not we all felt like Santa actually came and dropped the gifts. We all were emotional. The reason is my brother died 34 years ago from Cystic Fibrosis (CF) and his hero’s (Journey, music group) came and saw him then about 24 hours later he passed. There was something special that my santa put in that made this gift even extra special. Thank you for honoring my brother.

Anyways, I opened all of them no I didn’t take a picture of each one. I was too excited and emotional mess that I didn’t think of taking a pic.

This person got my dad a hat. I don’t know how this person knows but my dad always goes out of the house with a hat. When he opened it he put it on and he has not taken it off.

Also for my mom this person got her a scarf. A very nice one. She can’t wait to wear it. A Kleenex holder and for both of them chocolate.

Then as I was putting all the items back in the box so I can clean up my wrapping paper mess, I MISSED A GIFT. It was London 2012 keychain.

I love all of it. You did an amazing job. From our heart to your yours thank you so much and have a Merry Christmas.
