I received a great book on Chinese cooking. Not only is it over 300 pages of Chinese cooking and my biggest cookbook to date. The first few pages have information on the different ingredients and what makes them special in Chinese cooking. It also has different tips and tricks to the utensils and cooking techniques used in Chinese cooking.

A lot of the recipes are small easy to make and healthy. I will definitely be able to cook most of them when I move into the dorms next January, just need to get a wok. Wont have to be reliant on the uni kitchen or Ramen all year. I mean I really cant wait to start trying some of these recipes.

The best part though, is the book goes into the history of each of these meals. It tells you when they were thought up and why. I love those types of cook books and it makes it a great thing to just skim through and read. Again, I really appreciate it Santa.

I decided this round of exchanges I will do something I have been shy about doing. I have tried this multiple times, but because I am Introverted I constantly delete them. What I mean to say, is I recorded a video.
