So I picked up my gift from the package pickup counter today and was happy to receive a very pretty box wishing me a Happy Xmas (I'm using the box to store old cards for future art projects! It is perfect for this purpose!). I walked home with it and ran to open it, barely pausing to take the multiple photos that I enclose here. The Christmas card was elaborate and awesome (14 separate pieces of paper numbered 0-12 and Secret -- the Secret one revealed who my secret santa was!). Upon opening the box I smelled something that reminded me of cherries, but once I actually saw the gifts, the soap's smell overpowered the other scent (which I think originally came from the DELICIOUS chocolate which I nibbled a bit, but am savouring slowly). I love the paper bookmark, and the book is one that I'm sure to really truly enjoy as I have adored all other books I've read by this author to date! I am ever so thankful to my awesome Secret Santa! You did such a great job of sending me awesome gifts from Austria! And Austria is a country I have yet to visit (though apparently my brother has visited the very place where the chocolate was made!!). I do wish I knew the flavour of the chocolate in English however, as Google Translate wasn't very helpful with the label (and that particular label wasn't present on the chocolate company's website). But really thanks for such an elaborate awesome gift!
