My guess is that this is my treat from this exchange... and what a treat it is! It arrived the day before I went to a Comic Con type event in town and met one of the stars from the show! In other words it could not have been a more appropriate gift! Not only is the book beautiful but it comes with some great pictures of the cast and a replica of one of the banknotes used on the show.
