i am overwhelmed by this abundance of yarny goodness

i am overwhelmed. this is a box of pure joy. i suspected this was going to be fun when i saw the unicorn stickers on the outside. there was a wonderful card, and my gifter found a new to them store to explore. some lovely unicorn stickers, and then a rainbow of things to unwrap.
the yarn is all new to me brands in very lovely jewel tones. 3 balls of kathmandu aran yarn tween in green, teal and maroon, its wool silk and cashmere and feels like a delight! next is a pretty noro yarn form japan in a lovely rainbow colorway, and knitted with sport yarn, nd he name of the colorway perfectly describes it, some kind of magic.

but i wasn't done, there were some findings, a rainbow unicorn measuring tape, which i totally needed because i stepped on and broke my last measuring tape. and the most darling stitch markers that are cats.

new to me magazines the knitter and pompom, both appear to be british magazines. pompom has a download code for ravelry i need to check out. and finally my partner hd to come in and see what i was sqeeing about, a star wars knitting book.

this is utterly perfect. i was having a tough day/week at work and this was perfectly timed.
