Audible Book

Thank you so much to my gifter who sent me exactly what I'm looking for! I received a gift card for audible and have purchased and mostly done with my book already. I went with the subtle art of not giving a fuck and working on changing the negative feedback loop in my head which allows me to stress over just the fact that I'm stressed, leading to more stress, which is a vicious circle. Time to come out on the other end less anxious! Thank you again!
