LAMY Love

I opened my box to note instructing me to open the gifts first. I was first really delighted to see a Jinhao Shark pen with a converter and a couple of black ink cartridges! I got one of these pens to give as a gift this year and once it arrived I wished I'd ordered myself one!

Then there are 2 bottles of Diamine ink, Kensington blue and Monaco red. Both shades are really great and fill in gaps in my colors.

Next, a small package gave me a hint; a LAMY converter!

My gifter had reached out earlier about colors, so I want surprised to see a shimmer of violet; a red-hued metallic shade. I was surprised just how comfortable the gorgeous LAMY Al-Star is to hold! I've pretty small hands and some larger bodied pens feel too big, but this is a joy to hold!
