Treats for days!

My Santa was really prompt and ordered my gift the day after matching, and they made an excellent choice! I never actually mentioned it anywhere, but I’ve tried stuff from Nuts.com a couple times before so I KNOW how good their snacks are which made me excited as soon as I saw where the box was from. Inside was an advent calendar of snacks, which is awesome not only because it (presumably) offers a variety, but also means it’s got built-in portion control. I generally try not to go overboard on sugar, so that’s a convenient bonus. Y’know, assuming I can keep myself from just opening all the sections and munching immediately. :P

My Santa clearly put thought into this gift and even included a kind note with the package, so thank you very much, ChefMom!

Now the real question is can I leave such a tantalizing box of goodies untouched until there’s twelve days left to Christmas before I start eating them...? Yeah, no, probably not. I think I’ll try for one every OTHER day, that way I can get started tomorrow and still end around Christmas. That’s close enough, right? (It may go against Advent Calendar Rules, but snacks.)
