First of all, I do love me a Stypen. I forgot to include the fact that I own a few of them in my details, but this one is one I don't own. I actually didn't know Stypen produced pens for other brands. This one is far better made than normal Stypen pens. You've chosen a very good pen for me in particular.

I don't own either Merlot or Oxford blue, and I always can use more Writer's blood since it's my most used ink, and I go through a 80ml once a year. The ink samples included are all quite interesting, Robert Oster's eucalyptus leaf is looking particularly so.

And I do certainly have a few nibs the need polishing, so perhaps I'll work on that over Xmas. The PVD-coat nib is a nice surprise too, I don't have any PVD nibs in the collection.

I did see the little house with the lights when I was at the shops myself, and it is quite a charming little gift. I do enjoy chocolate, so I will be enjoying this on a cold winter night.

Apparently one item didn't make it in time, and will be sent over to me at a later date, which I am excited for.

Thank you, Santa. The Stypen in particular was a very nice surprise. Stypens are quite niche, and I didn't expect to recieve a model I didn't know about.

Have a merry christmas, just like I will with my new stuff!
