Blown Away By An Incredible Rematch Gift!

Today I received an incredible gift from my "Holiday Baking Extravaganza" rematch gifter! My gifter sent an assortment of baking pans (bread pan, sheet pan, cake pans, cupcake pan, and a roast pan) which will definitely come in handy this holiday season. My gifter also sent a cute set of holiday themed cookie cutters and hoped they would help me try out of my icing skills (my icing skills have great room for improvement)! Lastly, my gifter sent two cookbooks: "Dorie's Cookies" and "Baking with Dorie." Both are written by Dorie Greenspan. I was excited because I do not have either of these. My rematcher shared that they enjoy both books and that the books would give good baking options throughout the year. I haven't had time to fully look through them both yet but the Biarritz Cookies in "Dorie's Cookies" caught my eye as a potential starting place. This gift was such an unexpected surprise and I can't wait to put everything to good use. To my rematch gifter, thank you for such an incredible gift! It is going to bring much joy for many baking adventures to come!
