So this gift was an adventure. I knew a gift was coming because a UPS driver was seen at my home the day before the box arrived and I got the notice in advance. And I suspected it was for this exchange due to the customs documentation I encountered online. When the box actually arrived it caused a number of questions. Firstly there was more than one set of customs documentation on the box, one which was labeled damaged and was water damaged with something highly perfumed... but fortunately the contents of the box seemed unharmed.
Inside was a plethora of wonderful red gifts, impeccably wrapped and labeled. The edible treats were immediately appreciated by my toddler (and me!). I am impressed by the wrapping and all the notes! The ceramic lucky cat is my favourite -- it is already in my China cabinet on display. My kid immediately purloined the rubber ducky for the bath. The sticker activity book will be perfect for an upcoming trip with the toddler (our first since the pandemic began). We've worked on the puzzle for a couple of days (a fun challenge with a toddler, of course, who LOVES puzzles!!). And the socks could not be softer! I'm ever so pleased. Honestly the edible gifts are great -- they include a number of confections I've never seen along with some that are more familiar. The cookie arrived broken but I am sharing it with the toddler and it really hits the spot.
Thanks ever so much for an amazing read journey! I wish I could live up to the amazingness that is your packaging or your gift selection! Thanks again!
