Magic the Gathering Super Budget Commander Exchange

We all know the titans of Commander, all the meta cards, the high dollar items. But what about those crazy jank commanders, that for some reason you haven't been able to build? This exchange is simple, select a Legend, Pair of Partner Legends, or a Legend with a Background that cost less then $5, select a theme for the deck and your gifter will build you a $50 dollar deck and send it to you!
