I have a very awesome, very dedicated gifter. A lot of my favorite characters don't have much in the way of merchandise, which is why I listed a few. My dear gifter had no idea who any of them were, but went into research mode to find a gift for me. They've told me that my "main" gift is something they've pre-ordered, but they've already done a bunch to make the exchange pretty awesome.
One of my favorite characters is Edogawa Ranpo from Bungo Stray Dogs. Rather quickly, my gifter filled my inbox with some fun digital things. A bit later, they sent a copy of Edgar Allan Poe's Tales of Terror and Detection. The real Edogawa Ranpo was big fan of Edgar Allan Poe (hence the pen name) and the fictional one is no different. I've never actually read Poe's detective ficiton, so this is a pretty neat gift.
Then, my gifter sent this adorable Choe Gu-sung rubber strap/keychain. (I technically listed Makishima from Psycho-Pass as my favorite character, but couldn't help but mention Choe Gu-sung as well. I love them both!) I have no idea where they found it, I had no clue it existed, and it is awesome!
